NET pioneer: GSSE is commissioned by Fraunhofer Alliance Aviation and Space to provide consulting on software verification and testing as part of the "NET pioneer" project.

NET pioneer: on the way to a digital NewSpace test street

The objective of NET pioneer is to create digitally networked test capacities for satellite development in Germany, especially for SMEs and start-ups in the space industry. The development and production of NewSpace technologies are expected to become more efficient, faster and cheaper in the future thanks to NET pioneer by optimizing test environments and adapting them flexibly to new market requirements.

As part of NET pioneer, GSSE analyses potential for optimization of the test processes and their networking, and measures needed for optimization.

The project is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and is technically and administratively managed by the German Space Agency at DLR.
